Job Description:
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for monitoring the company Service, customer applications and the company's internal (back-end) systems in a Services Operations Center environment (SOC) to ensure compliance with standards set in Service Level Agreements

Qualifications:
Previous technical support experience and\or as NOC worker - advantage
knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies
Basic knowledge of UNIX or Linux - advantage
Willing to perform shift work - must
Ability to multitasking and perform well in pressure situations
Ability to execute routine tasks
Excellent communication, customer service, and team skills are an absolute must
Reliability and accountability
High level English - must (both verbal and written
