FXCM is a leader in the rapidly expanding field of online currency trading services for retail and institutional traders. The firm operates out of offices in New York, Plano, San Francisco, London, Paris, Hong Kong and Sydney. With substantial operations around the world, FXCM currently has over 150,000 live accounts trading via trading platforms offered by FXCM from over 150 different countries. FXCM has a proven track record of reliability and success, executing on average 7,000,000 trades per month accounting for $365 billion in notional trading volume.
FXCM seeks to build a diverse team of Client Relations Associates from a variety of backgrounds. The Client Relations Team will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in global currency markets. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting the FX Sales team with the promotion of FXCM’s products and services
• Developing relationships with clients through inbound/outbound calls, chats and emails
• Discussing market news events, technical analysis, FX trading courses, trade automation, and provide guidance on a range of trading platforms available to our clients.
• Improving client retention b) Increasing customer re-deposits c) Engaging dormant clients.
• Communicating the primary benefits of FXCM, our trading platform, and the FX market to prospective clients
• Providing informational support and service to existing and potential clients
• Working across multiple FXCM business units to ensure client requests are completed
• Investigating and resolving client issues related to trade execution

Qualifications:
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Israel.
• English at a at mother tongue level (written and verbal)
• The candidate have a bachelor’s degree- advantage
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be able to write and speak persuasively and clearly, and think quickly and problem-solve in real-time
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events
Hours: 40 hours per week. 5-6 shifts, usually Monday-Friday , however, there are shifts 24/7, 365 days a year.
